Worker Welfare Advocacy

Wozaif promotes ethical hiring and reserves the right to block
employers or agencies who violate human rights, candidate’s
dignity, or fail to meet minimum welfare standards.

Wozaif does not supervise, monitor, or control the recruitment,
training, financial, or contractual activities that users perform
outside the platform. All such activities are carried out
independently by the respective parties.

Limitation of Liability

“Wozaif is not liable for any offline contracts, job offer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wozaif shall not be liable

Wozaif may review, moderate, or restrict content, tags, job
postings, or account activity to ensure safety, legal compliance,

responsible for the accuracy of the content or for any agreements

Job Seeker Terms – Wozaif.com
These Terms apply to individuals registering and using Wozaif.com
(“the Platform”) as Job Seekers (“Users” or
“Candidates”). By using Wozaif.com, you agree to the
following:
1. Eligibility

Access to and use of Wozaif.com is limited to individuals who are
at least 18 years of age. However, meeting the platform's
minimum age requirement does not guarantee eligibility for
international employment or migration. Users are responsible for
ensuring they meet the legal requirements for work authorization in
both their home country and intended destination country.

job applications is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
2. Nature of the Platform

3. Profile and Documentation

Candidates are required to provide genuine documents, including their CV, certificates.

Any forged, altered, or misleading documentation will result in immediate account blocking or permanent
termination.

Wozaif.com may conduct internal verification before allowing
profile tagging or job submission.
4. Use of Data

Your data, including uploaded documents, may be shared only with verified agencies and employers registered on Wozaif.com, for recruitment-related
purposes.

Your passport and ID information will never be publicly
displayed and are used strictly for identity verification and
compliance.

You have the right to request the correction or deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal
requirements.
5. Job Applications

Candidates are expected to apply for positions that match their skills, language ability, and experience.

Excessive or irrelevant applications, spamming, or automated
submissions are not allowed.

If invited for an interview or assessment, you are required to attend on time or provide notice in case of unavailability.
6. Agency Involvement

Candidates may either apply to jobs directly or be tagged by verified recruitment agencies for relevant roles.

Wozaif does not permit unauthorized or illegal agency fees to be charged to job seekers.

Any misuse of agency connections (e.g., fake offers, demand for
payment) must be reported immediately to Wozaif.

All tagging and untagging actions between candidates and agencies
are subject to review and approval by Wozaif Admin.This moderation
is required to ensure legal compliance, prevent fraud, and verify
consent from both parties.Tags are only visible after approval.
Until reviewed and approved, no party can access the other’s
data.
Wozaif reserves the right to reject or remove any
tag/untag request in cases of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or
data privacy concerns.
7. Training & Skill Testing

If you choose to enroll in training or assessments via Wozaif
partners, you must follow the applicable training center’s
policies.

With your permission, training results may be shared with employers to support your application.

The Verified Badges are displayed only for candidates certified by
legally licensed or government-approved training centres. Candidates
may still apply without a badge. Wozaif does not independently
validate or certify these skills
Verified Badge (Optional Digital Feature – Future
Implementation)
Wozaif may introduce an optional Verified Badge feature to highlight
candidates certified by government-approved or legally licensed
training centres.
If implemented, the badge will be displayed
based solely on valid certification submitted by the training centre
or agency.
Any fee associated with this badge will apply only to
the recruitment agency or partner requesting the badge.
Wozaif does not charge job seekers for recruitment, placement, or
job-related services. The badge is a digital visibility feature and not a recruitment
fee.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not:

Use someone else’s documents or identity.

Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
-
Offer paid services or request money through the platform.
-
Harass, deceive, or scam other users.
-
Misrepresent your skills, job experience, or certifications.
9. Account Suspension
Wozaif.com reserves the right to suspend or block your account if you:

10. No Guarantee of Employment

12. Voluntary Account Closure

You may delete your Wozaif account directly through your user
dashboard where available.

account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data
unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for
fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal
compliance.
13. Agreement to Updates

as training centers, testing facilities, agencies, or government
portals. Wozaif does not control these services and is not
responsible for their content, conduct, or results.

Wozaif is not a party to any contract signed between the job seeker
and the employer or agency. Wozaif shall not be held liable for any
dispute, salary issue, or breach arising from that
relationship.

Wozaif makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform accessible at
all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and
shall not be liable for system outages, data loss, or user
inconvenience caused by technical failures.

matched with an agency or employer. Final hiring decisions rest
solely with the hiring party.

You must provide accurate company information including license, location, and contact person.

Wozaif reserves the right to verify employer identity before
approving account access.
2. Nature of the Platform

Wozaif.com is a digital platform designed to connect employers with recruitment agencies and
job seekers.

Wozaif does not act as a recruitment agency or manpower
provider, and does not participate in contract negotiations or hiring
decisions.

All employment contracts, visa processes, and job offers are the sole responsibility of the employer and the agency/worker
involved.
3. Job Posting Guidelines

responsible for verifying and confirming candidate credentials and
legal compliance prior to hiring.

Wozaif disclaims any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or
validity of candidate skills, qualifications, certifications, visa
eligibility, or other requirements verified by external
partners.
5. Local and International Hiring

Wozaif does not conduct background checks, skill verifications, or
legal eligibility verifications directly. Any training, skill
certification, background verification, or assessment services
offered through the platform are the sole responsibility of the
third-party service providers or training centers.

Employers may use Wozaif to hire locally within GCC countries, or internationally through verified agencies.

When hiring internationally, employers are responsible for:

Ensuring legal compliance with their country’s labor and immigration laws

Sponsorship, visa issuance, and onboarding process

supplier.
By using Wozaif.com, you acknowledge and agree to the
following:

Wozaif.com does not provide recruitment services, job placement,
sponsorship, visa processing, or candidate sourcing on behalf of
employers.

All hiring decisions, interviews, assessments, job offers, and visa
or onboarding processes are entirely managed by the employer or the
agency involved.

Wozaif.com is not a party to any employment agreement, contract, or
sponsorship arrangement between employers, agencies, and
workers.

Wozaif has no legal or financial responsibility for contract
breaches, unpaid salaries, disputes, visa rejections, or failed job

Any service outside the platform scope (e.g., interviews, contract

These Terms apply to entities registered as Recruitment Agencies on Wozaif.com. By using the platform, agencies agree to comply
with the following terms and responsibilities:
1. Eligibility & Registration

Only legally licensed recruitment agencies may register and use Wozaif.com as an agency.

Agencies must provide valid license documents, contact person details, and accurate business information.
-
Wozaif reserves the right to verify licenses and deny access if documentation is invalid or incomplete.
2. Nature of the Platform

Wozaif.com is a digital platform operated by WOZAIF PORTAL LLC that connects agencies with employers and job seekers.

Wozaif does not function as a sub-agent, recruiter, or
co-employer.

The platform facilitates verified connections only — it does not handle negotiations, contracts, or

3. Candidate Management

Agencies may upload and manage candidate profiles within the
platform.

All submitted profiles and documents must be authentic, updated, and belong to real individuals.

Agencies are strictly prohibited from:

Any fee structure must be transparent and legally compliant as per
the country of employment and the candidate's country of
origin.

Agencies that exploit workers, misrepresent opportunities, or
engage in unethical practices will be removed and may be reported to
authorities.
6. Prohibited Activities
Agencies are not allowed to:

Duplicate or re-upload the same candidate using multiple
accounts

Agencies agree to follow all labor laws, recruitment regulations, and ethical standards applicable in their jurisdiction and in the hiring
destination country.

authorities and removed from the platform.

Wozaif provides tools for uploading candidate data,
responding to employer invitations, and managing recruitment
workflows.
Wozaif does not recruit, endorse, or deploy candidates. All recruitment activities are handled directly by the
agency.
Wozaif is not involved in the legal agreements made between you and employers or candidates.
Any obligations related to visas, salaries, welfare, or
service guarantees are entirely between the agency and the other
party.
Use of the platform does not guarantee that:

All platform functions and services are offered exclusively online via Wozaif.com or official mobile applications (when

Wozaif is not involved in any contractual negotiations between
employers, agencies, and candidates. All employment contracts and visa
sponsorships are executed independently by the employer and the
selected candidate or agency
13. Account Closure & Data Deletion
• Agencies may request account deletion at any time by
contacting Wozaif support or using the platform’s account
deletion option (if available).
• Upon receiving a valid
deletion request, Wozaif will delete or anonymize the agency’s
data unless retention is required by law for fraud prevention, dispute
resolution, or compliance.
• In cases where the agency
account is suspended, the agency will retain limited access solely for
the purpose of initiating account deletion.
