12. Account Suspension and Data Deletion Rights

In the event that a user’s account is suspended or blocked
for policy violations, the user’s personal data will not be
automatically deleted.

If no deletion request is made, Wozaif reserves the right to retain
the user’s data for a reasonable period for fraud prevention,
dispute resolution, or legal compliance, after which the data will
be anonymized or deleted according to our retention schedule.
