Wozaif.com is a digital recruitment platform connecting employers in GCC countries with job seekers and agencies from South Asia and beyond. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UAE, GCC, and international data protection laws.

2. Nature of the Platform

Wozaif is a digital-only recruitment platform.
We do
NOT:

  • Recruit workers
  • Process visas
  • Guarantee job placement
  • Act as a manpower supplier or sub-agent
  • Interfere in employer–agency–candidate contracts

Our role is purely technological:
to enable verified users to connect, communicate, and conduct recruitment activities independently.
All contracts, visas, payments, and negotiations occur
outside Wozaif, between the relevant parties.

3. What Data We Collect

a) Job Seekers

 Full name, gender, nationality, date of birth

 Contact information (email, phone)

 CV, work history, skills

 Passport number, expiry date, ID details

 Address and residency data

 Optional: profile photo, language skills, training/test records

b) Employers

 Company name, legal status, license number

 Country of registration

 Authorized contact person details

 Job postings (title, description, requirements, visa type, salary, location)

 Optional job criteria (gender, nationality, religion, language)

c) Agencies

 Agency name, license details

 Country of operation

 Authorized contact person's details

 Candidate CVs and documents uploaded by the agency

d) All Users

  • Device/browser info (IP address, language, region)
  • Login sessions, communications history

4. What We Show & Share

  • Only verified users (e.g., employers or agencies) can see limited data required for recruitment.
  • We do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties.

5. Why We Collect Data

  • To confirm authenticity and prevent fraudulent accounts.
  • To allow legal and safe tagging, job matching, and communication
  • To comply with regulatory and data protection laws
  • To improve user experience and security
  • Training results and certificates may be verified through Government-approved training centres for badge eligibility.

  • To detect misuse, fake profiles, illegal recruitment activities, or harmful behavior.

6. Who We Share Data With

11. Controlled Data Access (Tagging System)

“Candidate and agency connections (tagging/untagging) are moderated by Wozaif Admin to ensure consent, safety, and compliance.
Personal data is shared only after approval.
Unapproved tags do not trigger any data sharing.”

12. Account Suspension and Data Deletion Rights

  • In the event that a user’s account is suspended or blocked for policy violations, the user’s personal data will not be automatically deleted.
  • Suspended users may access their account in a restricted mode solely to request data deletion.
  • If no deletion request is made, Wozaif reserves the right to retain the user’s data for a reasonable period for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, after which the data will be anonymized or deleted according to our retention schedule.

13. Demographic and Sensitive Data (Gender, Religion, Language,ID)

  • Wozaif may collect certain demographic information such as gender, religion, and language ability, solely for the purpose of job matching and improving platform functionality. These fields are optional for users. This information is never displayed publicly and is shared only with verified employers or agencies involved in recruitment. Wozaif does not use demographic data to discriminate and does not permit discriminatory behavior by any user.
  • Wozaif collects certain sensitive personal data such as religion, gender, nationality, ID numbers, passport details and addresses strictly for recruitment-related purposes, including employer job requirements, legal compliance, identity verification, and international migration processes. This data is never used for marketing and never shared publicly.
