Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks and communication systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and support users as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and cabling.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure network security and reliability.
- Assist with setting up new user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Document network issues, solutions, and changes accurately.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve system-level issues.
- Ensure networks comply with security policies and procedures.
- Upgrade network equipment and software when necessary.
- Provide technical support to staff and clients on-site or remotely.
