  19. Worker Welfare Advocacy

Job Seeker Terms – Wozaif.com
These Terms apply to individuals registering and using Wozaif.com (“the Platform”) as Job Seekers (“Users” or “Candidates”). By using Wozaif.com, you agree to the following:
  1. Eligibility
    • Access to and use of Wozaif.com is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. However, meeting the platform's minimum age requirement does not guarantee eligibility for international employment or migration. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the legal requirements for work authorization in both their home country and intended destination country.
    • You agree that all information provided during account creation or job applications is accurate, complete, and truthful.
    • Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
  2. Nature of the Platform

  3. Profile and Documentation
    • Candidates are required to provide genuine documents, including their CV, certificates.
    • Any forged, altered, or misleading documentation will result in immediate account blocking or permanent termination.
    • Wozaif.com may conduct internal verification before allowing profile tagging or job submission.
  4. Use of Data
    • Your data, including uploaded documents, may be shared only with verified agencies and employers registered on Wozaif.com, for recruitment-related purposes.
    • Your passport and ID information will never be publicly displayed and are used strictly for identity verification and compliance.
    • You have the right to request the correction or deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal requirements.
  5. Job Applications
    • Candidates are expected to apply for positions that match their skills, language ability, and experience.
    • Excessive or irrelevant applications, spamming, or automated submissions are not allowed.
    • If invited for an interview or assessment, you are required to attend on time or provide notice in case of unavailability.
  6. Agency Involvement
    • Candidates may either apply to jobs directly or be tagged by verified recruitment agencies for relevant roles.

    • Any misuse of agency connections (e.g., fake offers, demand for payment) must be reported immediately to Wozaif.

    • With your permission, training results may be shared with employers to support your application.

  14. Voluntary Account Closure
    • You may delete your Wozaif account directly through your user dashboard where available.
    • You may request deletion by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for fraud prevention, security investigations, or legal compliance.
  15. Agreement to Updates

    • Wozaif.com is a digital-only platform. We do not operate physical offices for recruitment or training services. Any communication or service is conducted online via our website, mobile app (if applicable), or authorized digital channels only.
    • Wozaif.com may display or connect you to third-party services, such as training centers, testing facilities, agencies, or government portals. Wozaif does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, conduct, or results.
    • Wozaif is not a party to any contract signed between the job seeker and the employer or agency. Wozaif shall not be held liable for any dispute, salary issue, or breach arising from that relationship.
    • Wozaif makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for system outages, data loss, or user inconvenience caused by technical failures.
    • The use of Wozaif.com does not guarantee that job seekers will be matched with an agency or employer. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the hiring party.
    • Wozaif is not involved in any contractual negotiations between employers, agencies, and candidates. All employment contracts and visa sponsorships are executed independently by the employer and the selected candidate or agency
Employer Terms – Wozaif.com
These terms apply to individuals or entities registering on Wozaif.com as Employers. By using the platform, you agree to the following:
  1. Eligibility & Account Creation
    • Employers must be legally registered companies or individuals with the authority to hire staff.
    • You must provide accurate company information including license, location, and contact person.
    • Wozaif reserves the right to verify employer identity before approving account access.
  2. Nature of the Platform
    • Wozaif.com is a digital platform designed to connect employers with recruitment agencies and job seekers.
    • Wozaif does not act as a recruitment agency or manpower provider, and does not participate in contract negotiations or hiring decisions.
    • All employment contracts, visa processes, and job offers are the sole responsibility of the employer and the agency/worker involved.
  3. Profile and Documentation
    • Employers may post genuine job vacancies only.
    • Job descriptions must include accurate information regarding:
      • Job title and responsibilities
      • Required qualifications
      • Salary and benefits (if disclosed)
      • Location and working conditions
    • Misleading, fake, or bait postings will result in account suspension.
  4. No Representation or Warranty of Candidate Suitability
    • Wozaif does not verify the legal eligibility, background, qualifications, skill certification, skill verifications or suitability of candidates for employment. Employers are solely responsible for verifying and confirming candidate credentials and legal compliance prior to hiring.
    • Wozaif disclaims any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or validity of candidate skills, qualifications, certifications, visa eligibility, or other requirements verified by external partners.
  5. Local and International Hiring
    • Wozaif does not conduct background checks, skill verifications, or legal eligibility verifications directly. Any training, skill certification, background verification, or assessment services offered through the platform are the sole responsibility of the third-party service providers or training centers.
    • Employers may use Wozaif to hire locally within GCC countries, or internationally through verified agencies.
    • When hiring internationally, employers are responsible for:
      • Ensuring legal compliance with their country’s labor and immigration laws
      • Sponsorship, visa issuance, and onboarding process
    • Wozaif is not responsible for any legal obligations related to work permits or labor contracts.
    • Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before finalizing any recruitment agreement.
    • Wozaif is not involved in any contractual negotiations between employers, agencies, and candidates. All employment contracts and visa sponsorships are executed independently by the employer and the selected candidate or agency
  6. Use of Candidate Data
    • Employers must treat candidate data as confidential and for recruitment purposes only.
    • Sharing, selling, or misusing personal data (including passport or contact details) is strictly prohibited.
    • Employers may not contact candidates outside the platform for purposes unrelated to hiring.

  11. Termination
    • Wozaif may terminate any employer account found to be violating platform guidelines or laws.
    • Employers may delete their Wozaif account at any time through their dashboard settings. In the event that an employer account is blocked or suspended due to a violation of platform policies, the employer will retain limited access to their dashboard solely for the purpose of initiating account deletion.

    By using Wozaif.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • Wozaif.com does not provide recruitment services, job placement, sponsorship, visa processing, or candidate sourcing on behalf of employers.
    • All hiring decisions, interviews, assessments, job offers, and visa or onboarding processes are entirely managed by the employer or the agency involved.
    • Wozaif.com is not a party to any employment agreement, contract, or sponsorship arrangement between employers, agencies, and workers.
    • Wozaif has no legal or financial responsibility for contract breaches, unpaid salaries, disputes, visa rejections, or failed job arrangements.
    • Wozaif does not guarantee:
      • That a candidate will accept your offer
      • That a worker is available or visa-eligible
      • That agencies will fulfill your request
      • We only enable verified communication and offer tools for job posting, CV searching, and messaging.
    • Wozaif is not responsible for any offline activities conducted after initial contact on the platform, This includes:
      • Visa processing delays
      • Health or skill mismatches
      • Contract misunderstandings
      • Failure of candidates to appear or report for duty
    • Employers must conduct their own due diligence before hiring or sponsoring any candidate or agency.
    • Wozaif does not endorse or certify the accuracy of every profile or document uploaded by users. We provide basic verification tools but final validation is your responsibility.
    • All services are provided online through our website and, in the future, mobile application.
    • Wozaif does not operate physical recruitment centers, labor offices, or interview facilities.
    • Any service outside the platform scope (e.g., interviews, contract signing, deployment) occurs outside our jurisdiction and is the employer’s responsibility.
Agency Terms – Wozaif.com
These Terms apply to entities registered as Recruitment Agencies on Wozaif.com. By using the platform, agencies agree to comply with the following terms and responsibilities:
  1. Eligibility & Registration
    • Only legally licensed recruitment agencies may register and use Wozaif.com as an agency.
    • Agencies must provide valid license documents, contact person details, and accurate business information.
    • Wozaif reserves the right to verify licenses and deny access if documentation is invalid or incomplete.
  2. Nature of the Platform
    • Wozaif.com is a digital platform operated by WOZAIF PORTAL CO LLC that connects agencies with employers and job seekers.
    • Wozaif does not function as a sub-agent, recruiter, or co-employer.
    • The platform facilitates verified connections only — it does not handle negotiations, contracts, or deployment logistics.
  3. Candidate Management
    • Agencies may upload and manage candidate profiles within the platform.
    • All submitted profiles and documents must be authentic, updated, and belong to real individuals.
    • Agencies are strictly prohibited from:
      • Uploading fake, repeated, or duplicated candidates

    • Agencies that exploit workers, misrepresent opportunities, or engage in unethical practices will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

    • Wozaif may suspend or block agency accounts for:
      • Uploading fake candidates or documents
      • Charging illegal fees to workers

      • Any unethical or illegal behavior
  9. Dispute Resolution
    • Wozaif is not responsible for agency-employer or agency-candidate disputes.
    • The platform may assist in reviewing communications if required, but resolution is the responsibility of the involved parties
  10. Legal Compliance
    • Agencies agree to follow all labor laws, recruitment regulations, and ethical standards applicable in their jurisdiction and in the hiring destination country.
    • Any agency found violating legal requirements will be reported to authorities and removed from the platform.

    • Use of the platform does not guarantee that:

      • Any job offers or contracts will be finalized
